Homes by Amy J.’s main focus for our buyer clients is to ensure that their experience in finding and buying a new home is a fun, exciting and relaxed experience. One of the best parts of being a Realtor, is when you find your client their new home.

Amy takes the time to get to know her clients, listen to them, ask questions and truly get a full sense of what they are looking for in a home. Buyer’s are sent hand selected listings that truly fit their priorities instead of automatic searches that are not filtered and can be overwhelming. She constantly monitors and searches the market for new, upcoming, and even off market listings that fit your exact expectations. The goal is for all home showings is for you to feel completely comfortable and to have a good time while choosing your home.

Amy always aims to take the stress away from the decision by working with her buyer’s to educate and familiarize them about the current market so that they can make an informed decision. Buyer clients are provided with up to date market reports and guides. A custom current market analysis is done for any home a buyer may be interested in. This provides current, pending sale and recently closed home prices to establish value and and assist in deciding on how much to offer on a home. As a strong negotiator and excellent communicator, a deal is always possible.

Assistance in finding expert home lenders, inspectors, appraisers, escrow companies and any expertise you may need is provided. Any request you may have that will make the process easier for you is addressed. Home Warranty policies are requested on every home purchase, and if the seller will not agree to pay for one then Amy will purchase the policy for her buyer. Assistance with organizing moves and hiring movers is available if needed. Out of state buyers relocating to Arizona are provided with full resources and guidance to make the transition a smooth one.
